This is a beautiful piece of art handcrafted by our Nepalese artist. This statue of Shakyamuni Buddha is made with a lot of love and care. The colors are made by our master sculptor who specializes in making different shapes of Buddha.

The Shakyamuni Buddha sits on a lotus platform, holding a vase in his left hand and meditating calmly as his hand touches the ground in the Bhumisparsa pose. This statue is made of synthetic resin. The statue is then hand painted by our painting artist Ms. Meenu Shakya. Here, embossed painting is used, where the image's robe and flower are embossed with colors.
The face of the Shakyamuni Buddha is painted gold with the powdered gold. The red and gold color combination of the statue looks perfect.
NOTE: The front of the statue is painted gold and should not be touched with hands as this may cause scratches. When cleaning, gently wipe the image with a dry cloth. Do not rub. Do not use water or wet cloths.
